Vendors

We work with vendors to offer options that suit them. We can usually offer above market value for their undeveloped land. Should vendors prefer to keep their land, we can arrange to build out additional new build properties adjacent to their existing dwelling, at no cost to them. We try our best to cater to the needs of vendors and explore very unique options to ensure a partnership or sale.

Investment Partners

We work with investment partners offering them turn-key investment opportunities. Our development opportunities include option agreements subject to planning consent, purchasing without planning, working with vendors on a partnership scheme & working with vendors to build out their new-build in exchange for a 1st charge on the land, paid via a BTL.
